The Role
The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting Synapticure’s expansion efforts by driving market analysis, supporting go-to-market motions, and assisting in building and growing partnerships with health plans, health systems, and other strategic stakeholders. This role will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for growth, track key performance metrics, and help develop strategies that expand Synapticure’s reach and impact.
Job Duties – What You’ll Be Doing
- Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. Work closely with the Head of Growth, President, and CEO to drive outreach and engagement efforts with key prospective partners.
- Market Analysis & Insights. Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks for growth and inform business development strategies.
- Business Development Process Management. Oversee sales pipeline management, coordinate outreach efforts, and lead proposal development for potential partners.
- High Priority Strategic Projects. Work closely with the Head of Growth to drive research, analyses, and recommendations on key strategic priorities with visibility at the leadership level and Board
- Operational Execution for New Partnerships. Support efforts to operationalize new partnerships by driving execution, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding and activation.
- Performance Optimization & Process Scaling. Analyze partnership performance, identify opportunities to standardize and scale operational processes, and drive practice engagement efforts on the ground.
- Cross-Functional Leadership. Collaborate with teams across marketing, clinical, product, and operations to ensure alignment in growth strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
Requirements – What We Look for in You
- 2-4 years of experience in a growth, business development, strategy, or consulting role, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or health tech.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and synthesize data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Passion for improving healthcare and making an impact on the lives of patients and caregivers.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
Travel Expectations: This role would be expected to travel 25% to attend customer and potential prospective partner meetings as well as company gatherings, primarily in Chicago.
