- You will lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- You have extensive experience in engineering roles, with a focus on software development and project management.
- You’re skilled in programming and fluent in at least one language developers love, with bonus points for JavaScript and Python—our go-to tools.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- You have the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- You demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
- You have strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to drive projects forward and achieve business objectives.
- In addition to your outstanding technical skills, we consider it a plus if you maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the med-tech and/or pharmaceutical industry.
Pay range: $150,0000-$180,000 annually
